Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive fluent in Gujarati to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Gujarati and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support in Gujarati.
• Assist customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
• Document customer issues and update CRM/ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams as required.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Gujarati (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi and English is a plus.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving ability and a positive attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Prior experience in customer support, call center, or tele-calling is preferred but not mandatory.
