Customer Support Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle Incoming and Outbound L1 & L2 customer service calls
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive Communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to delight customers
• Maintain Call quality as per the quality parameters.
• Maintain average call handling time (AHT).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Assist the customer in placing the On-Booking
• Fluency in English. (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali) is an addition not mandatory.
• Team player
• Complete assigned work on a daily basis.

Required Skills:
• Salary (15k to 22k) take home
• Job Location- CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore
• Edu - HSC/12th Passed,
• 6 days a week and the week-off will be on weekdays.
