โ Handle incoming customer queries via calls, chats, and emails

โ๏ธ 6 months โ 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce/quick commerce
โ๏ธ Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada/Tamil/Telugu (any regional language is a bonus!)
โ๏ธ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
โ๏ธ Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus
