Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle client queries and provide support for our Payment Gateway (PG) and Point of Sale (POS) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for assisting merchants, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience within the digital payments ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Assist merchants with queries related to Payment Gateway (PG) and POS solutions.
Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues via calls, emails, or chats.
Guide clients through product features, pricing, and onboarding processes.
Coordinate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and merchant integration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Track and document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Maintain accurate support reports and updates.
