About the Role
Paul Sharee Centre is looking for a dedicated WhatsApp Support & Sales Executive to manage customer interactions across multiple platforms, assist customers with their purchase decisions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and phone calls.
Engage with customers through social media comments and direct messages.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sarees and products.
Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Process and manage customer orders accurately.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for order dispatch and delivery updates.
Handle customer concerns, returns, exchanges, and post-purchase support.
Maintain customer records and order details.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
0-1 year of experience in customer support, sales, or a similar role.
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Basic knowledge of sarees, fabrics, and the fashion industry.
Comfortable handling customer calls and chats.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.
