Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Meet performance targets and KPIs as set by the management.
