Job title – Client Support Executive.
We’re currently seeking a skilled client support executive who have a complete understanding of the products and services offered by the company. Should able to resolve client queries and direct the urgent ones to the senior management. To serve as the first point of contact for client, addressing their concerns, providing information and facilitating resolutions promptly and efficiently.
Objectives of this role
• Providing accurate information about products or services and guiding customers in making informed decisions.
• Resolving client issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services and policies to address customer concerns effectively.
• Responding to client inquiries accurately and on time, through various channels, including phone, email and chat.
• Escalating complex issues to higher authorities when necessary and following up on resolutions.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions and inquiries.
Required skills and qualifications
Any bachelor degree.
Experienced as well as freshers also can apply.
Knowledge of the company's products or services to provide comprehensive support.
Flexibility in working shifts or extended hours
Good experience in excel sheet and documentation ( Microsoft word/ExcelPPT).
