Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for a blended process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Assist customers with their queries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely support.
Job Details :
Shift Duration: 9 hours (8 hours login + 1-hour break).
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts.
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Week Off: 1 rotational week off.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month.
Work Location: Work From Office (WFO).
