Job Description: 

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering their queries through calls and voice calls. If you're a good communicator, friendly, and have a passion for helping people, we'd love to have you on board!

Qualification: 12th pass and above

Shift: Rotational day shift

Salary: 10000/- to 20000/-

Work mode: Work from office

Basic language is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

• Follow company guidelines and processes to ensure quality service.

• Record customer interactions and feedback for future reference.

Requirements:

• Fresher’s and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
