Qualification - Graduate Fresher/Experienced
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
