We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage inbound customer calls, address queries, and ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and escalations within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to facilitate timely issue resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
