Customer Support Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, understanding their branding and advertising requirements, presenting suitable solutions, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating with clients and converting opportunities into successful business.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across relevant industries.

· Generate leads through networking, references, market research, corporate connections and industry contacts.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, brands and decision-makers.

· Understand client requirements for OOH Media, outdoor advertising, hoardings, signages, retail branding, indoor branding, events, exhibitions and activations.

· Prepare and present quotations, proposals and commercial presentations to clients.

· Coordinate with internal teams such as Client Servicing, Production, Creative and Operations for execution of projects.

· Follow up on enquiries, proposals and ongoing business opportunities until closure.

· Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining company profitability.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients for repeat business and new requirements.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales/business development targets.

· Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, proposals, follow-ups and conversions.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

· Attend client meetings and business discussions as required.

· Ensure smooth coordination with clients from enquiry stage to project closure and payment follow-up.

· Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and continuously work towards increasing revenue.
