As a Customer Support Intern, you will assist in ensuring our customers receive timely, helpful, and friendly support. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a dynamic support team, handling customer inquiries, and using industry-standard tools.
Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Assist with order tracking, returns, refunds, and product information requests
Document common issues and contribute to our knowledge base or FAQs
Collaborate with logistics, product, and tech teams to resolve customer concerns
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
Support the team in maintaining high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM tools is a plus
Real-world customer support operations in a digital commerce environment
Use of CRM software and helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Problem-solving and communication strategies
How cross-functional teams work together to ensure customer satisfaction
