Job Description

Role Synopsis:

The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls and respond to mails

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently

  • Maintain records of interactions

  • Ensure high Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Good English communication skills

Experience & Educational Background:

  • Experience in International call centre is an added advantage

  • Experience in voice, chat, or email support is preferred

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate in any discipline
