Job Title: Customer support and Lead Generation Executive

Location:Thane | Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working) Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off (working hours 7 pm to 4.30am)

Make outbound calls to generate leads

Maintain lead data and Update CRM Records

Handle customer queries and objections

Explain features and benefits clearly

Requirements :

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

Fluent English and excellent communication skills

Willingness to work in US shift (night shift in India)

Confidence while speaking with customers

Basic CRM or call handling knowledge

Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to learn
