About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping customers, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering a smooth service experience. This role involves interacting with customers through calls, chats, and emails while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Maintain service quality and meet daily performance targets
Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in customer support / BPO / call center
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts
HSC / Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Skills
Experience in voice / non-voice / international process
Multilingual communication is an added advantage
Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail
