Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls for booking diagnostic appointments via calls and chat.
· Guide patients through the process for home collections, center visits, and appointment availability.
· Share information regarding test preparations, fasting requirements, documents needed, etc.
· Coordinate with diagnostic centers and phlebotomists to ensure timely service.
· Update booking details and customer interactions in the system.
· Follow up with patients regarding confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellations.
· Address patient queries, complaints, and concerns with a helpful attitude.
· Maintain service quality and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
· Experience: Freshers & Experienced can apply, preferrable is experienced candidates.
· Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (Regional language such as Marathi or Gujarati is a plus)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours
· Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests and procedures is an advantage
