We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Adhere to company policies and process guidelines

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation or Undergraduation is acceptable

Candidates with 10th pass must have a 3-year diploma•

Age Limit: 18 to 31 years

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (V4–V5 level)•

• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Customer-oriented mindset

💰 Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹21,500 per month

In-hand Salary: ₹17,500 per month

⏰ Work Details

Shift: Rotational (within 8 AM – 8 PM window)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: 1 rotational off
