Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Support Executive

● Salary: For Fresher’s (₹15,000 Take home); for experienced candidates, a maximum of ₹25,000

Take home based on experience and interview performance.

● Working Days and Week-Off Policy: For the first three months, employees will work six days a week. After completing three months, employees will be eligible for alternate and rotational week- offs. This means employees will work six days one week and five days the following week, with week-offs scheduled on a rotational basis.

● Shift: General Shift

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

● Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

● Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.

● Provide customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.

● Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and daily reports in the CRM.

● Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities wherever applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Any graduate or undergraduate candidate can apply.

● Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.

● Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM handling.

● Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to handle customer concerns and work towards targets.

● Experience in BPO, call centres, sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
