Designation: Research Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary market research activities

• Tele calling for market research projects/activities viz. identifying the defined target audiences as per project requirements, scheduling or conducting face to face or online telephonic interviews.

• Collect, clean, and analyze data related to target audiences, target markets and the quotas

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from any stream

• English language proficiency is must. Ability to converse in English is must.

• Good communication and a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette is must.

• Basic understanding of market research concepts is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling) and MS word is essential. Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, spread sheets and documents will be an added advantage.

• Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances and upholding the values of the organization is must.
