Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally

Respond to client queries related to accounting, tax, GST, and other CA services

Follow up with clients for documents and pending information

Maintain proper client records and update data in the system

Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts/Tax team) for smooth process flow

Schedule appointments and meetings for clients

Handle basic email communication with clients

Assist in maintaining daily reports and MIS

Ensure good client relationship and customer satisfaction

Resolve basic client concerns or escalate to seniors when required.
