Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing information about our healthcare services.

  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

  • Language Proficiency: Be fluent in Kannada and possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written forms to effectively interact with customers.

  • Healthcare Expertise: Utilize your medical background to understand and effectively communicate healthcare-related information to customers.

  • Customer Education: Educate customers on our healthcare services, packages, and any necessary information they might need.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in scheduling medical appointments and services, ensuring convenience and timely service delivery.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as the healthcare team, to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A maximum of 1 years of experience as a Customer Support Executive.

  • Fluency in Kannada is essential.

  • Exceptional communication and written skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
