Opening for CRM -Voice process (Blended) at Shaadi.c Position: CRM Executive ( Voice Process) - Blended (80% Voice + 10% Email + 10% Chat)

Job Description:

We are hiring CRM Executives with a focus on Customer Service

Candidates with experience in handling Customer Service Queries via calls.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a related CRM role(Voice)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (9-hour shifts)

Flexible for rotational weekly offs

Compensation:

Up to ₹25,000 in hand

Gross salary up to ₹29,000

Final offer based on last drawn salary and interview performance
