About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 2–6 years of experience in customer support and sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with legal service inquiries.
Provide accurate information about the firm's legal services and consultation process.
Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with advocates and internal teams to ensure seamless client support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM or internal database.
Achieve monthly sales and client conversion targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.

Required Skills

2–6 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Relationship Management, or Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in legal services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
