Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to build and maintain strong client relationships, generate business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Meet prospective clients and explain company services.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Prepare reports on client interactions and business activities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
Represent the company in client meetings and business discussions.
Maintain accurate records in BRM or company systems.
