Handle customer complaints and queries received through calls and emails with empathy and professionalism
Provide backend support to the Relationship Manager team for complaint-related issues
Accurately log customer complaints and forward them to relevant departments
Ensure timely updates and resolutions are communicated to customers
Follow up with internal teams to track resolution progress
Send closure confirmation emails to customers once complaints are resolved
Other details:
Time - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Work Days - Mon to Sat
It will be on 3rd Party Payroll role of Talisman Hr Solutions Pvt Ltd (renewable role)
