Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Voice Process, Chat Support, or Email Support.
Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
