Job Description

Hiring: Customer Support Associate

Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata |

Work-from-Office |

Rotational 9-hr shifts (8 AM - 10 PM)

Up to 18,000 per month

◆Freshers & experienced both welcome (HS / Any Graduate)

Immediate joiners preferred

What you'll do :

Respond to customer inquires via chat, email & calls in timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interaction using the CRM system.
