Job Description

Customer Service Associate ka role customers ko travel aur aviation services ke dauran best support dena hota hai. Is role mein airline passengers, tour clients aur travel customers ke saath directly deal kiya jata hai.

Key Responsibilities

• Customers ke queries handle karna (flight bookings, tour packages, visa, baggage, cancellations, refunds)

• Flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages ki information dena

• Check-in, boarding, baggage aur flight schedules ke related support

• Customers ko email, call aur face-to-face professional assistance dena

• Complaints aur issues ko politely aur efficiently resolve karna

• Reservation systems aur airline/travel software ka use karna

• International aur domestic travel policies follow karna

• Safety, security aur company SOPs ka strictly follow karna

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi; extra languages a plus)

• Customer-friendly attitude

• Basic computer knowledge

• Problem-solving ability

• Ability to work in shifts (aviation field)

• Calm nature under pressure

Educational Qualification

• 12th pass / Graduate (Travel & Tourism ya Aviation course preferred)

• Fresher aur experienced dono apply kar sakte hain
