Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Domestic & International)

Location: [Bangalore locations]

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented individuals for Domestic and International voice/non-voice support roles. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be flexible with rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, chats, or emails

Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues

Maintain records of customer interactions

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up as required

Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
