Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as necessary.
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to higher authorities when required.
Proficiency in English,

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
