Job Description

o Excellent verbal (Inbound Process) & Written (Email/Correspondence process) communication skills in English

o Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information

o Strong customer service focus

o Knowledge of Banking / Credit cards preferred

o Knowledge of sales will be an added advantage

Work Timings: Shifts (Starting 6.30 am), Open to work in shifts / rotational offs (For Female shift window will be upto 8:00 pm)

Languages Required: Excellent in English (compulsory).

Education: Graduates (Any stream) – Mandatory (must have Passing Certificate)

60% in all – SSC, HSC and Graduation

Candidate’s Preferred-from-Location : Between Dadar to Mira-Bhayandar & (Ghatkopar to Varsova)

Job location: MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai.
