BPO Calling Executive – Used Car Inspection Booking
We are hiring BPO Calling Executives for our used car buying process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers interested in selling their cars.
- Explain the company's used car inspection process.
- Schedule and confirm vehicle inspection appointments at the customer's preferred date and time.
- Verify customer and vehicle details accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding inspection bookings.
- Update customer information and call status in the CRM system.
- Meet daily calling and booking targets while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
