✅ Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in and phone customers professionally
Manage LPG refill bookings, complaints, and follow-ups
Maintain customer records, cash register, and daily reports
Coordinate with delivery boys for timely cylinder dispatch
Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic accounting entries
Update registers / computer systems with sales & delivery data
Assist in stock tracking (filled & empty cylinders)
Support compliance documentation and office filing
Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently

🎓 Required Qualifications
Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
2+ years experience in LPG agency / office admin / customer service
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / billing software preferred)
Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
Ability to multitask and handle customers calmly
