Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive - VKYC to join our team at Imperative Business Ventures Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to VLYC for loan application with NBFC. The role offers ₹21,000 - ₹23,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
