Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Appointment Booking
Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Service Executive. The primary responsibility will be to connect with customers via calls and schedule appointments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for appointment scheduling

  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally

  • Coordinate and confirm appointment details (date, time, and location)

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings

  • Follow up with customers when required

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi and English)
