Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products, accounts, loans, and services.

  • Assist customers with transactions, account details, and service requests.

  • Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Adhere to compliance, process guidelines, and data security policies.

  • Maintain call logs and update customer records accurately in the system.

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Candidates pursuing graduation may also be considered).

  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.

  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic understanding of banking products and services is an advantage.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
