At IKIRU, we are building a platform that brings together 300+ furniture and home décor manufacturers across India, making quality and thoughtfully designed products more accessible to customers through a seamless buying experience.
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Associate who can manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, calls, and chat platforms while ensuring a smooth and delightful experience throughout the customer journey.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, chat, and support channels
• Assist with product recommendations, order updates, and issue resolution
• Manage both pre-purchase and post-purchase customer experience
• Coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, and manufacturers
• Ensure warm, professional, and customer-centric communication
• Track and resolve customer concerns efficiently
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in customer support/customer success/client servicing
✔ Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
✔ Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
✔ Ability to manage calls and chats simultaneously
✔ Experience with CRM tools or WhatsApp Business is a plus
✔ Prior experience in retail, furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is preferred
