Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide product/service information and assist customers with orders, complaints, and queries
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
• Record and update customer interactions in the system/CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards
Additional Details:
• Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Once a week
