Hiring for ICICI Lombard – Customer Relationship Manager (CRT)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

🔸 Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to handle inbound customer calls, deliver accurate information, and provide exceptional service.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain call quality standards and follow compliance guidelines.

• Work comfortably in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.

🔸 Shift Details

Female: 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM (any 9.5-hour shift)

Male: 7:30 AM – 12:30 AM (any 9.5-hour shift)

Working Days: 5 days working + 2 rotational offs

🔸 Requirements

• Graduation mandatory

• Excellent communication in English & Hindi

• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude

💰 Salary

• Up to ₹27,000 in-hand (depends on interview & experience)

• Candidates with 5+ years of experience may get up to ₹30,000 in-hand (only in exceptional cases)
