Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and driven candidates for the role of B2B Sales Executive for TATA SME. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Engage with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to promote and sell TATA’s range of services/products
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered)
HSC candidates must have at least 6 months of sales experience
Excellent to Very Good communication skills (English and local language)
💸 Compensation:
CTC: ₹25,000
In-hand Salary: ₹21,000
