About the Program

This 45-day intensive training program is designed to empower youth with essential skills to secure employment in the fast-growing sectors of Retail, ITES (BPO/KPO), and BFSI (Banking and Financial Services). Participants will undergo a structured curriculum combining domain knowledge, digital literacy, communication skills, and on-the-job readiness training, followed by placement assistance with reputed companies.
