Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
Provide product/service information to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills (English + Hind preferred)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts if required)
Customer-oriented attitude and patience
