Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner

  • Provide product/service information to customers

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Follow company policies and quality standards

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts if required)

  • Customer-oriented attitude and patience
