We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our Domestic Voice Process. You will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Understand customer queries and provide timely and effective resolutions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet performance benchmarks such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Primary Language – e.g., Hindi, English, Tamil, etc.].
Good listening skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Freshers are welcome; experience in a similar role is a plus.
Experience in customer service, call centre, or BPO industry.
Knowledge of CRM software or call centre tools.
Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
