As a Customer Support Executive in our Voice Process team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via Inbound and Outbound calls. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints & service requests
Maintain CRM records and case logs accurately
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with teams for issue escalation & resolution
Promote customer loyalty through excellent service
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication in English
Strong problem-solving & multitasking skills
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Positive attitude, empathy & patience
6-day working week with rotational off
