Job Description

Job Opportunity for Female Candidates for Technical/Customer Support Executive Role

Location: Jogeshwari-West, Mumbai

Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Sat)

Responsibilities:

1. Handle client queries via calls.

2. Conduct online demos & training.

3. Install & configure biometric software.

4. Gather client feedback for improvements.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues.

6. Research potential clients.


Requirements :

1. Good English communication.

2. Basic computer skills (Word/Excel, Internet).

3. Minimum Graduate in any stream.

4. Female Candidates Preferred.

Candidates who reside between Bandra to Borivali (Western Line) are preferred.
Please note this role doesn't involve any coding work.
