Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

·         Handle inbound & outbound calls / customer queries

·         Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information

·         Record and update customer details in the system

·         Follow-up and resolve issues in a timely manner

·         Requirements:

 

·         Minimum 1 year of customer support experience

·         Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred )

·         Basic computer knowledge

·         Positive attitude & problem-solving skills
