We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive with excellent
communication skills in Hindi, fluent English, and any two South Indian languages. The
ideal candidate should be experienced in handling customer support tickets, manage
escalation calls, and ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
Manage and resolve customer support tickets within TAT.
Handle escalation calls with professionalism and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
Identify recurring issues and escalate to management for process improvement.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tickets and tasks efficiently.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira) is an advantage.
