Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 Take Home)
Experienced: ₹27,000 CTC (₹22,000 Take Home)
1+ Years Exp: ₹30,000 CTC (₹25,000 Take Home)
Shift & Working Days:
Shift: 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 hours)
6 working days with 1 rotational weekly off
Experience Required:
Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
Educational Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Kannada
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, CRM tools)
Ability to work in high-volume call environment
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in banking or financial BPO
Knowledge of banking products or loans
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries for SBI services
Provide clear and timely solutions and updates
Maintain detailed logs in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments
Ensure adherence to process and quality guidelines
Support the team in achieving daily operational targets
