Job Title: Customer Support Executive (TALLY SOFTWARE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent support to customers using Tally software. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, having knowledge of tally, basic knowledge of accounting, and the ability to understand and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or remote support.

* Provide first-level support for Tally software-related issues.

* Understand customer concerns and provide timely and accurate solutions.

* Troubleshoot basic Tally software errors and escalate complex issues to the technical team when required.

* Guide customers on Tally features and functionalities.

* Maintain records of customer interactions and update support tickets.

* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

* Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Skills required

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.

* Familiarity with TallyPrime/Tally ERP is preferred.

* Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

* Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to learn new software features and processes.

Qualifications

* Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant discipline preferred.

* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

* Prior experience in customer support or Tally support will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting processes.

* Experience in handling customer support calls.

* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

* knowledge of tally prime
